Conceptual Design Services

Whether you've already built dozens of stores, or if this is your first one, we will work with you to create a retail environment that reflects your brand. Our designers have developed unique and compelling concepts for a variety of customers, including apparel and other retailers, restaurants, spas, and medical clinics.

Retail Store Design - Practical and Repeatable

Chances are, you want a retail environment that is not only aesthetically pleasing to customers and employees, but also practical and repeatable. As a manufacturer and construction manager, we make sure all of our designs are cost-effective, and that they work as well in practice as on paper. We want to help you build your fifth, fiftieth, and five hundredth store, so all designs are created with scaleability in mind.

inspiration presentation

Design Program - Introductory Stage

Our design team will work with you to create a store design that works best for you. On the initial Discovery Call, we gain an understanding of your project – the desired look and feel, functionality, and budget. In our Inspiration Presentation, we provide images and ideas to help hone and define the look and feel of your space. Finally, in the Conceptual Drawings, we’ll show you initial sketches of proposed fixtures and design elements.

Design Program - Deliverables

The next step in the design process is a Prototypical Floor Plan: This will show the dimensions and layout for your space, where the fixtures go, etc. After this, we make recommendations for the interior décor, including fixtures and furniture, and lighting, as well as finishings for walls, ceilings and floors. Then we'll put together a Storyboard, which is a packet that includes the actual fabrics, color swatches, and other materials, so you can touch and feel.

3D Visualization

If you choose our full design package, it will include a 3D visualization of your space. This is a computer-generated rendering that includes materials and décor, millwork and furnishings, your graphics and branding (if available), as well as any other special office equipment or décor of your choice.
