Tim is Vice President of Business Development and has been with F.C. Dadson since 2005. Tim has a passion for customer service and for helping clients realize their aspirations. Tim is a member of the International Franchise Association and is a Certified Franchise Executive. A graduate of Fox Valley Technical College, Tim enjoys photography, travel and riding his Harley.
Troy is Vice President of Franchise Sales and has been with F.C. Dadson since 2009. During that time, he's worked with a wide variety of companies to help them with their buildout needs. Troy is a longtime member of the International Franchise Association and is a Certified Franchise Executive. A graduate of St. Norbert college, Troy has coached youth hockey at the highest level in Wisconsin. In addition, he is a combat veteran of Desert Shield/Storm as a infantrymen with the 82nd Airborne Division (Fort Bragg).
Mike is a National Account Manager who joined FC Dadson in 2017. Prior to that, Mike worked with customers in the building trade for several years, and was a contractor in the residential housing arena. A graduate of UW Oshkosh and the University of New Haven, Mike has lived all over the United States but enjoys being back in his home state of Wisconsin.
Jasen is a National Account Executive who joined F.C. Dadson in 2025. Prior to that, Jasen worked in the metal fabrication industry for a total of 13 years, spending 8 of those years in business development supporting customers across the nation. Whether it’s through building strong relationships or identifying the right opportunities, Jasen is driven by helping customers address their biggest pain points and moving their business forward. He values a strong partnership, trust and working side-by-side with customers to create real, measurable results. Outside of work, Jasen enjoys golfing, traveling, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and golden retriever.
