Estimator
F.C. Dadson is a Retail and Commercial Casework manufacturer seeking a National Account Executive for our Corporate accounts. We specialize in designing, engineering, fabricating, fulfilling, and installing retail environments, kiosks, and merchandising displays that meet our end user’s needs. F.C. Dadson is looking to hire confident, self-driven individuals that work well in a team environment and on individual projects. The role of the Estimator is to collect, organize and analyze critical technical data from project stakeholders for the creation of custom commercial casework, millwork (and/or) fixture estimates.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with software technologies to prepare takeoffs, write bid proposals, complete pricing spreadsheets, and create visual aids to illustrate the scope of work included in an estimate.
- Assist in the creation of preliminary budgets, conceptual and detail estimates for projects of varying size and complexity.
- Provide project stakeholders with prompt and professional communication.
- Secure pricing from material vendors/suppliers.
- Resolve inaccuracies and discrepancies with information provided to complete the estimate.
- Review addenda, amendments to construction documents and update pricing accordingly.
- Organize, track and communicate changes to all project stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet critical deadlines.
- Preview and qualify potential projects to accept or decline bid requests.
- Work with internal and external customers to identify potential cost-saving options.
- Participate in design progress meetings and client presentations.

National Account Executive

Under the general direction of the VP of Sales and Marketing, the National Account Executive is responsible for selling company products and services, prospecting, developing, and securing new and existing customers and effectively operating within a team selling environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with technical staff to understand customer needs and establish project timelines.
- Develop tailored, cost‑effective solutions and sales plans for each account.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts by staying connected with customers and monitoring changing needs and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and submit precise sales proposals while adhering to the established sales process.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and maintain awareness of market trends and competitors.
- Conduct sales calls to understand customer needs and gather key business information.
- Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers to build relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
- Use marketing materials to develop effective prospecting strategies and improve closing ratios.
- Secure new accounts through field promotional activities, targeting major accounts, new territories, and underserved industries.
- Introduce products and services to new and existing customers while providing consultative guidance.
- Plan for, attend, and support strategies for key industry trade shows and conventions.
- Prepare and deliver formal sales presentations.
- Prepare and submit timely reports detailing sales activities, revenue performance, expenses, and other relevant metrics.
- Coordinate and manage personal travel arrangements efficiently and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Represent the customer’s voice within the organization.
- Prepare and validate monthly sales forecasts and budget projections for leadership review and approval.
- Requires travel approximately 10%–15% of the time for customer visits and trade shows.

Solid Surface Technician

The role emphasizes quality and attention to detail through rigorous inspection, adherence to specifications, and proactive problem-solving while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Interpret and apply specifications and product detail sheets to execute assigned work accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records for all materials and supplies.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy throughout the assembly process.
- Complete routine production tasks in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
- Apply total quality control principles by utilizing appropriate measurement and inspection tools to verify that parts meet required tolerances.
- Perform quality control (QC) tests as required to verify product compliance with specifications.
- Ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of production orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area by adhering to established housekeeping and safety procedures.
- Operate a hand router to produce precise and finished edge profiles.
- Fabricate solid surface components in accordance with detailed project specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with required specifications.
- Manage the preparation and processing of solid surface materials, routing, shaping, and finishing.
- Operate and maintain fabrication tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and resolve fabrication issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to support efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, fabrication techniques, and emerging technologies to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
