Collin has been with F.C. Dadson since the very beginning. As one of the company's co-founders, he has experience working at every level of the organization. He also holds a degree in Business Administration and has completed numerous AutoCAD and sales training courses. Upon becoming President and Sales Manager, he has used his formal training and experience to transform F.C. Dadson into a full-service partner for our clients.

Dan Dorchester, Vice President of Operations

Dan brings over 20 years of production management experience to the company. During his time here, he has been instrumental in the redevelopment of our engineering department and the upgrading of our production facility with computer-aided machinery. He has also developed and implemented a lean manufacturing process that has helped F.C. Dadson remain competitive.

Dean Umlauft, Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager, Dean is responsible for directing our project management team, developing internal procedures, estimating projects, and overseeing scheduling. Dean holds a degree in Wood Techniques and has completed formal training for AutoCAD, Pattern Systems, and Microvellum software programs.

Mary Teal, Controller

Mary brings over 13 years of accounting experience to F.C. Dadson. As controller, she is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our accounting and human resource departments.

Kyle McManus, Director of Construction

Kyle is in charge of our construction consulting and management program. Drawing from his 10+ years of construction experience, he's responsible for overseeing the pre-construction, permitting, and construction phases of FCD's Store-In-A-Box program.

Dave Farrell, Installation Manager

Dave is responsible for overseeing our in-house and national installation crews. He also handles the quoting and management of outbound shipments. Dave holds a degree in Wood Techniques and has completed formal management and AutoCAD training.

 
Ray Dodge, Design Manager

Ray graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Interior Design, specializing in Retail, and has over 31 years of experience in Store Planning for retailers such as Target and Shopko. As Design Manager, he is responsible for the design and development of retail layouts for client projects.
